Meant for More is a podcast all about embracing change, pushing boundaries, and unapologetically asking for more.

It's your "go-to" for inspirational stories, practical tips, and thought-provoking conversations that challenge the status quo. Hosted by me (Cas), each episode explores the journeys of people who have dared to take risks, dream bigger and reach higher (despite fear). Whether you need the motivation to start a new project, looking for guidance to navigate life's challenges, or simply want to hear amazing stories that resonate, this podcast is for you. The goal is to create and ignite a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about living their best lives; because we only get one.

How it happened:

As a comedy writer, I kinda stumbled into podcasting to bring my stories to life. It all began with a book I wrote called LoveWRECK, it's a compilation of failed situationships, relationships, and first/last dates. After writing it, I was like, "more, please!" so I recorded the entire book and put it out as a 4 part podcast.

A community developed, mostly women who related to one or more of my stories, and they were like, "more, please!"

So I brought on a rotation of friends to share and discuss their own "love wreck" moments. I loved being able to have meaningful conversations on a public platform:

MORE, PLEASE!

I kept going, having conversations with a variety of people, and sometimes just myself. Many of the conversations had a central theme of striving for more. It wasn't until recent, that I became unapologetic about wanting more from life. There was this discomfort around how people would perceive me if I told them about my grandiose goals and aspirations. I felt a disconnect in my own relationships and friendships as I longed to normalize conversations around levelling up, taking risks and chasing dreams. I just felt like my life was... meant for more.
